What is a Munny Journey Journal? It  is a cute journal you can keep as a keepsake for your baby’s first money. This journal shows you how easy it is to provide for the financial security of your child for as little as a dollar a day. This book allows you to store memories of your child’s first dollar, bank account, etc. This is really a cool gift for someone too!

To find out more as well as find out how you can win one, please visit: http://pbandpickles.blogspot.com/2008/12/munny-journey.html.

Giveaway ends 12/26/08.

I know when my children have been babies, I always make sure they have a nice soft blanket to sleep with. Each of my children all have blankets that they still have from when they were infants. Either they were gifts or something I had bought for them. Ambajam has some adorable blankets your babies will love to cuddle with. They have a line of blankets called Cuddle-Up Blankets. They come in 7 different colors and have a cuttle little turtle design on them. Here are some of the features listed on their site:

• Double-side plush “Cuddle-Up” fleece comforts baby
• Embroidered turtle family in corner adds a touch of whimsy
• Large 29”x35” size ideal for napping, nursing and playing. Makes a great cape for little “super heroes”!
• Add the Mini Cuddle to complete the turtle family
• Machine wash warm, tumble dry low

Want a chance to win a cute blanket from Ambajam? The Dirt Shirt is giving away the Turquoise Mini Cuddle to one of their lucky readers. You must enter by December 20, 2008.

Crayola Glow Station

Do you have a child on your list that you don’t know what to buy for? I found something that might daughters will love. This product is made by Crayola. It is called the Crayola Glow Station. You child will be amazed for hours with the ability to create drawings with light. They now can draw in the dark. How it works is you use a glow wand on their special canvas to create illuminated drawings and pictures. They will disappear over time allowing your child to use the canvas over and over. You can view it in action on their website! This product is really cool and would make a great Christmas gift!

One of my favorite blogs is giving one of these away. The giveaway runs until December 20, 2008 if you are interested in entering to win.   Here is the link to find out more: http://thedirtytshirt.com/?p=1394

I Love Non-Toxic Cleaners

I have used non-toxic cleaners in the past and loved cleaning with them. When I clean, I hate spraying chemicals in the air. I especially hate the feel of cleaners on my skin. For the past week I have been using a natural product called H2 from Shaklee and now I am in love. They have an all purpose cleaner and window/mirror cleaner. Now I am throwing out my old household cleaners to replace them with this line. I have a baby coming next year and don’t want the chemicals anywhere near. I can use this to clean almost anything in my house from my counter tops to my bathroom sink!

If you are interested in reducing the chemicals in your home visit:

Future Big Sister T-Shirts

Do you have a little daughter who is about to be a BIG sister? I have 3 daughters and now the youngest that is 3 is going to be a big sister too in January. I think she would love a shirt like this. She has one that says she is the “Little Sister” but it is not personalized. This would also make a great gift for anyone you know that has a daughter and a pregnant mommy. Below is just a few of the “I’m going to be a BIG Sister” patterns:

future big sister future big sister 2 big sister to be

What is neat about this is the fact that the shirt is personalized. My 3 year old Hannah would love the monkey one since her nickname is MonkeyPoo! Not only do they sell shirts with these patterns, they have onsies, sweatshirts, hoodies and jerseys. They are available in pink, baby blue and yellow. You can find these cute t-shirts and more at: www.yourspecialtee.com/Big-sister-to-be.html

Enjoy
